Ronnie’s House is proud to announce the 4th Annual Reentry Keys Summit, a pivotal event dedicated to supporting returning citizens in their journey towards successful reintegration. Under the visionary leadership of Executive Director Shirin Senegal, who has been instrumental in advancing equity in reentry, cannabis equity, and small business development, this year’s summit promises to be an enlightening and empowering experience.

State of Reentry Breakfast: “Pathways to Entrepreneurship” Session

Date & Time: May 2nd , 2024 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Join us for an engaging breakfast and be in community with us as we discuss pathways entrepreneurship and its role  in the reintegration process. We will discuss accessing resources, supporting returning citizens in launching businesses, and how entrepreneurship is a viable path for many who have experienced incarceration. This session will feature inspiring speakers who have successfully navigated the journey from incarceration to successful business and non-profit leadership.

Reentry Keys Resource Fair

Ronnie’s House invites non-profits, workforce, and government agencies to participate in our Reentry Keys Resource Fair. This fair is an essential component of the summit, offering a platform for connecting with resources essential for starting a business, securing housing, and accessing mental health support.

“Switch the Hustle” – Empowering Entrepreneurship

Are you aspiring to start a business, learn a trade, or pursue higher education? The Reentry Keys Summit is your gateway to achieving these goals. Learn how to secure funding and resources to launch your business or trade.  Dr. Wade, the director of the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Cal State Long Beach, will lead this session.

Non-Profit Workshops

On May 3rd, Ronnie’s House will host a series of workshops specifically designed for non-profits and probation officers. These sessions are aimed at providing valuable insights and strategies to help non-profit organizations learn about funding opportunities, the integration of mental health support, and the promotion of entrepreneurship. This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of non-profits in supporting individuals impacted by the justice system.
